From the heart of Bryan, Texas, Rosed Grave is bringing a surge of fresh energy to the thrash metal scene. Formed in 2024, this powerhouse trio—Micah Graves (vocals), Brett Rash (guitar), and Daniel Chtay (drums)—delivers a sound that’s fast, fierce, and unapologetically original. Drawing inspiration from metal legends like Pantera, Metallica, Megadeth, and Death, their music fuses old-school aggression with modern precision and youthful defiance.

Their debut single “Closer” exploded out of the gate, earning over 5,000 streams and 3,000 listeners in its first month on Spotify. Packed with heavy riffs, thunderous drums, and a commanding presence, it captures the core of what makes Rosed Grave stand out in Texas metal. Fans can also look forward to the upcoming release of “Withered,” a complex, dynamic track the band describes as their proudest work yet.
Despite their young age—Micah and Brett started the band at just 14, with Daniel joining at 17—Rosed Grave has already made serious waves. They’ve won the Hullabaloo Battle of the Bands, performed at Hullabaloo Festival and H-Town Metal Fest, and opened for Fivefold, Chasing Yesterday, and Riding with Killers.
Their live shows are high-energy, tightly performed, and fully interactive, pulling fans into every riff and roar. “Holding the spotlight and entertaining people with our craft,” says Micah, perfectly summing up the band’s drive and purpose.
With dreams of sharing the stage with icons like Exodus, Testament, Gojira, Lamb of God, or even Metallica, Rosed Grave is poised to be one of the next great names in Texas metal.
